Hi katie. Pete and I received our sauna anmd I have to say, we actually had a lot of fun putting it together!!! It didn’t take long and it was nice to see pete acting like an architect again 🙂

You were also more than right, I feel so much better now. I can’t believe I didn’t listen to my doctor before. It’s a kick myself moment!!!!

I’d say my only regret is not going for the 3 person sauna and sticking with the 2 person sauna. Not really a big deal as I like to use it alone and read.

The quality is great and the experience from start to finish has been great with yuou. You’re such a sweetheart.

Thanks again and I’ll email you some photos of the sauna in our home so you can see how great it looks integrated.

Katie, you are amazing….great customer service and delivery was 7 days to the day we ordered ( which was awesome, since we are in a secluded mountainous area!) Set up was very easy and it was fun watching it all come together. We originally wanted the 3 man, but our workout room is not very big, and we thought the 2 man would be a better fit. We were right! The 2 man is a bit snug for 2 people, but our schedules rarely allow us in there at the same time, so it works for us. We have only had it for 2 days, so I will respond back in a month or so, on the results we are getting with our awesome sauna!! Thank you Katie!!!!!
PS…..if anyone out there is looking for a quality company to buy from, look no further…..THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!

We just got it today around noon. Everything looked okay except for on the top front a 6″ by 1/2″ tapering down to still just barely hanging on a piece of wood. We glued it back on and it looks okay. I didn’t bother with a picture because we wanted to get it put together before our 48 hours was up. So we ill finish tomorrow. The instructions were a little vague about getting the front panel on either that or I was tired by then. Looks great as far as we have gotten on putting it together. Also instructions for radio install was a little hard to understand.
