We received our sauna last week and it arrived in great shape. Factory does an excellent job in packaging! Nothing was damaged. Well constructed and fairly easy to put together. You do need 2 adults to assemble, some pieces are heavy. The wood is beautiful and we love the corner sauna and the large door on this unit. We finished putting the sauna together on Saturday and have used it 3 times. Its very easy to use and works wonders!!! We love it! You are a wonderful company to work with and all of the personal contacts, phone call and the emails is very comforting! Thank you so much!

The 3 person Equinox took my wife and I about 1 1/2 hours to put it together. I don’t think I have ever received anything package so well. Not a ding or a scratch. Some of the directions to put it together could have been a little more clear but we did it. The quality of the Sauna is great. It looks exactly as pictured. I had 1 little issue with the control board. The customer service is very good. They took care of the issue with no problems. I cant say enough about the company. We have used it twice so far and just love it. Thank you Celebration for an affordable, great quality sauna and also the great staff.

I was coming back to buy the cover for this infrared sauna and realized reading the other reviews that I forgot to leave mine! I have to agree with Jim above me here, the packaging was great. I actually didn’t know what it was when it first arrived. I guess I was expecting something a little more… like Ikea!!!!! No chance.
Took me and my husband little longer to set up at 67 & 70 years young and if we can do it, anyone can.
I’ve literally used my sauna every day since it arrived except for two when I was out of town visiting my grand kids. While my kids have told me that I look better, it took me a few weeks to actually see it in the mirror. I don’t think I realized just how much I’d FEEL better. Maybe it’s age because my body just isn’t what it used to be but I genuinely feel much more energized and have fewer muscle aches and I can’t believe how well I am sleeping.
I love my equinox sauna and it’s more than big enough for one person. 2 people easily. Add it to your daily routine and I promise you that you wont regret it. Celebration are a really great bunch and I’m really happy that I gave them my business and even happier that what I got in return was so great. A+

My wife and I love our Equinox 3 person sauna!!! So you say, why the 3 star rating? Let me explain. On the day of delivery the truck driver called and said, Looking at my map I don’t think I can get my truck into your neighborhood. I am driving a full size tractor trailer (55 ft). I can take it back to the terminal and contact the seller to make other arrangements for delivery or if you have a pick up truck, I can meet you at the shopping center which is 3 miles from my home. I don’t have a pick up, but was able to ask a friend to use his truck. Why would you schedule a delivery to a residential neighborhood in a 55 ft. tractor trailer…The sauna was boxed very well and after removing all the pieces from the boxes, the first thing I noticed was the instruction manual was not in english, also did not receive the backrests and the ionizer. Called Katie and explained my situation to her and she took care of it right away stating she would ship out the backrests, ionizer and English instruction manual right away. Katie definitely gets a 5 star rating!!!!!!!
FYI: States that sauna can be assembled by 2 adults, if you are an older person you need 3 people to put on the glass door and roof. Directions need to be updated as there are a few instructions that could be explained better.
We have used our sauna several times now and are very happy with it.

This sauna is amazing! It took two of us a few hours to install with minimal issues, although it would have been helpful to have a third person. Everything works and looks great. Very nice product. We have been highly recommending Celebration Saunas to our friends and neighbors!

Like others I spent months researching saunas. You never know if you can trust reviews or not the ways things are now. I am “over” 50 and this is the first review I have ever given – so glad I ran across Celebration Saunas. I read the good reviews and I emailed Katie a list of questions I had. Very fast response time & answered all of them with no pressure to buy.at all. We love the sauna – it’s everything they said it would be. I didn’t get the ionizer with it and i contacted Katie and received it within 5 days – no questions asked.
