We love our sauna! It arrived quickly and in great condition. It took about an hour to put together. The directions are not good but the unit goes together like a simple puzzle so it is pretty idiot proof. All the wires are clearly marked, A connects to A, B to B etc. Katie was very helpful in both choosing the best sauna for us and made the order process very easy.
